Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • 1 Packed Cup of Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender so that the softer ingredients are closer to the blades. Remember if using a Nutribullet, this is reversed as you flip the cup over once you have put the lid on.
  2. Secure the lid and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour and serve immediately or put into an airtight container and store in the fridge for later.
